Extend your stay with lunch or dinner at our award-winning, on-campus restaurants!

Our students and CIA faculty chefs welcome you to dine with us and experience our student-staffed restaurants for yourself. Reservations are strongly recommended given peak, fall demand and can be easily made online. For walk-in service, we encourage you to visit The Egg, in our Student Commons.

Or explore the Hudson Valley with dinner at one of the many CIA alumni-owned restaurants in the area. Explore the full list (PDF), or pick a few and be sure to visit their websites for menus and hours.
